摘要
以二甲胺、环氧氯丙烷、二乙烯三胺、DOA和DMDAAC等原料通过聚合、缩合反应,制备高效环保固色剂。通过正交实验对中间体P2的合成工艺进行了优化,最佳工艺条件为:DMDAAC∶DOA=100∶45,pH为4.5,0.15%的偶氮二异丁腈反应6 h;对比选定了P1∶P2=70∶30,环氧氯丙烷的滴加时间为2 h,得到了金黄色透明粘稠液体;通过应用实验,研究了该固色剂对织物的磨擦牢度、耐洗色牢度和色差等指标的影响。
A highly efficient environmentally-friendly fixing agent was synthesized using dimcthylamine, epichlorohydrin, diethylenetriamine, DOA and DMDAAC as raw materials, as well as through the condensation and polymerization reaction. The synthesis of intermediates P2 was optimized by orthogonal experiment,the optimum synthesis condition was as follows: DMDAAC : DOA ratio-100 : 45 (WT) and 0.15 % azobisisobutyronitrile initiator at pH = 4.5 for 6 h; the golden yellow transparent viscous liquid was obtained when the process was P l : P2=70 : 30 and the dropping time of epichlorohydrin in 2 h. The influences of the fixing agent on the fastness of rubbing and soaping of fixed fabric and color change was also studied by application of the experimental.
