摘要
本实验采用十二烷基胺为模板剂,Ti(CH3(CH2)O)4为前驱物。采用电荷匹配模板法,经过化学沉淀合成了TiO2粉体。研究了TiO2纳米粉体的晶相、形貌。结果表明:获得的锐钛矿产品具有较高的晶相热稳定性,合成的样品即是锐钛矿(型),300℃煅烧下晶型已经很好,在高达1000℃时仍然是完全的锐钛矿(型)。1100℃完全转变为金红石相。这比已经报导的结果晶型转换温度提高了200℃左右。由TEM分析结果可以看出,样品为纳米颗粒。
In the experiment using dodecylamine as a template, Ti(CH3(CH2)O)4 as precursor. Used template matching method with the charge, through the chemical precipitation synthesis of TiO2 powder. Study TiO2 Nanoparticles's crystalline phase, morphology. The results showed that products obtained anatase phase with high thermal stability of the synthesized samples is anatase (type), 300 ℃ calcined under the crystal has been very good up to 1000℃, it was still completely anatase (type). When it was 1100℃, completely transformed into rutile. The results had been increased by about 200 ℃ than reported Crystal transition temperature results. It can be seen from the TEM analysis, samples are nano-particles.
