摘要
煤气化废水处理流程中的汽提塔的塔底氨含量,是塔控制操作中的关键质量指标。通过建立基于历史数据的工业软测量模型,能够消除实际操作中取样分析实际滞后对操作的影响。仿真表明,采用PLS方法建立的软测量模型,可以有效克服变量相关性的影响,模型具有精度高,外推能力好等优点。软测量模型的建立,有利于汽提塔后续先进控制的实施。
The concentration of NH3 in bottom stream of stripper for coal-gasification wastewater treatment is the crucial quality control index. A soft-Sensor based on the historical data can elimination the influence of the sampling time lag on the actual control operation. Application in the stripper demonstrates that the model developed by PLS can effectively overcome mutual influence of variables in modeling on ammonia concentration. The results also showed that the model has high precision and strong extrapolative ability. It was helpful to implement subsequent advanced control system for the stripper.
