直接测汞仪测定涂料中的可溶性汞

摘要 文章采用直接测汞仪对涂料样品进行了可溶性汞含量的分析测定。通过正交试验法对干燥温度、干燥时间、分解温度、分解时间等条件进行了优化,并进行了线性关系、精密度、回收率等实验。结果表明,本方法线性范围0~500 ng,相关系数大于0.9994,检测低限为0.015ng,回收率在97.1%~101.0%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。本方法灵敏度高,简便、快速、准确,适用于对涂料中的可溶性汞的测定。 The quantitative analyzed for soluble mercury in paint was carried out by direct mercury analyzer. The conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment, such as drying temperature, drying time, decomposition temperature, decomposition time. Under optimized conditions, good linear correlation, recovery and precision were obtained. The linearity range of the testing method is 0-500 ng, the correlation coefficient is more than 0.9994, the lowest detection limit is 0.015 ng, the recovery rate and relative standard deviation are 97. 1%- 101.0 9/0 and less than 5 % respectively. The results showed that this method for the determination of soluble mercury in paint is to establish a simple, sensitive and accurate method.
