The confirmation of personnel training models depended on the market demands about the quality, knowledge and ability of the students, combined with the actual conditions of college and the characteristic of the specialty. In the paper, the personnel training models of trinity material science and engineering in Hubei Automotive Industries Institute were infroduced, which provides experience and reference in bettering relevant personnel training modes for the regional colleges.
