摘要
结合笔者的教学实践,文章以无水乙醇在PE薄膜中的扩散为例,设计了一个应用衰减全反射傅立叶红外光谱法测定溶剂在高分子膜中扩散系数的教学实验,并结合差谱技术、origin非线性拟合等给出了红外光谱图的数据处理方法。该实验加深了学生对红外光谱在高分子材料研究中应用的认识,使学生进一步熟悉了红外光谱图的分析和处理方法。
Based on the practical teaching experiences, a teaching experiment was designed in the paper. With using the non-linear cure fitting and subtractive spectroscopy, the diffusion coefficient of ethanol in PE films was measured by means of FTIR-ATR. The undergraduate students were further understanding the analysis and processing of the FTIR-ATR by the experiment.
