高原地区高尿酸血症和痛风的运动饮食调控疗效观察 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨高原地区高尿酸血症、痛风患者通过运动饮食疗法降低血尿酸水平,改善痛风症状的疗效和可行性。方法对本院186例行运动饮食疗法的男性HUA、痛风患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 186例坚持运动控制饮食并基本体重血脂达标的患者,不用服药,2年痛风急性发作次数明显减少,UA、TC、TG、LDL-C、GLU、BMI指标明显减低,HDL-C的水平有一定升高,与参与运动饮食调控前血尿酸水平比较有显著统计学差异。结论在高原地区,通过坚持运动、饮食调控,可使血尿酸水平有一定的降低,改善痛风症状,对高尿酸血症、痛风患者有良好的预防保健治疗效果。
