摘要
韦伯的官僚组织理论与法约尔的一般管理理论共同构成古典管理理论基础。韦伯与法约尔思想上同中存异,并互为补充。韦伯关于理性非人格化、技术效率、法制精神等理论是他在管理思想上的卓越贡献,但由于时代的局限,不可否认其理论存在着不足和弊端,并带来了官僚主义、人才危机、民主危机和专业危机以及信息危机等一系列的官僚制危机。
Weber's theory of bureaucratic organization and Fayol's theory of general management formed jointly the foundation of classical management theory. There were differences among the similarities in Weber and Fayol's ideology, and they complemented each other. Weber' s theories on rational impersonalization, technical efficiency, legal spirit were his outstanding contributions to management ideology. However, because of the limitations of the time, there were deficiencies in the theory, which led to the bureaucratism, talent crisis, democracy crisis, specialty crisis, information crisis and so on.
