摘要
环境数据积累工作薄弱、可用数据少是制约环境剪裁技术的重要因素。为提高产品的设计效率和设计水平,通过分析国内外环境工程标准的制定与发展过程,以环境分析、环境适应性设计、环境试验和环境工程管理的完善和合理为目标,对共享数据库的构建提出建议,为环境剪裁技术提供了可靠的基础数据和依据,并依此提出了产品(装备)设计必须经受的气候环境试验项目及各试验的参数、试验程序和试验项目顺序。
The weakness of data accumulation and lack of available data are important factors limiting the application of environmental tailoring technology.To improve design efficiency and level of product,the drafting and development process of domestic and abroad environmental engineering standards were analyzed.A public database construction method was proposed to improve environmental analysis,environmental worthiness design,environmental tests and environmental engineering management.
