摘要
利用微生物发酵的方法生产发酵棉粕,以降低棉粕中的棉酚含量,分解纤维素及破除细胞壁,产生功能性小肽、氨基酸和促生长因子。本试验用23%发酵棉粕替代9%豆粕和全部棉粕15%,饲养平均体重为125克的草鱼鱼种90天,结果表明,发酵棉粕组较对照组鱼体增重率提高24.52%,饵料系数降低了11.89%,血清溶菌酶、肝胰脏SOD活力均有显著提高。上述结果表明,在草鱼配合饲料中使用发酵棉粕取代全部棉粕和部分豆粕,能促进鱼体生长,降低饵料系数,提高草鱼的非特异性免疫能力。
In the present study, fermented cottonseed meal produced by microbial fermenta- tion can reduce gossypol, fibre and break down plant cell wall. Control diet and experimental diet were fed to grass carp with initial body weight of 125g for 90 days. In the composition of experi- mental diet, 23% fermented cotton seed meal was used to replace 13% soybean meal and all cot- ton seed meal ( 15% ). Result showed that the growth rate was increased by 24.52%, the feed conversion rate (FCR) decreased by 11.89% by experimental group compared with control. Ser- um lysozyme, liver superoxide dismutase(SOD) activitie was increased by inclusion of fermented cotton seed meal in diet. Results above indicated that inclusion of fermented cottonseed meal in diet can promote the growth, decrease FCR, improve the non - specific immunity of grass carp.
