兔VX2肾癌模型的构建及其外周血细胞因子的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过观察外周血细胞因子的变化,探讨兔VX2肾癌模型建立后免疫系统的变化及其机制。方法:40只新西兰大白兔随机分为两组。肿瘤模型组采用外科手术组织块接种法建立兔VX2肾癌模型,正常对照组植入自体肾周脂肪组织。术后14天采取两组兔外周血,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测外周血中的干扰素-γ和白介素-2、6、10含量。结果:与对照组比较,模型组外周血中的干扰素-γ、IL-2降低(P<0.05),IL-6和IL-10增高(P<0.05)。结论:VX2肿瘤种植后可抑制实验兔的免疫系统,表现为外周血干扰素-γ、IL-2含量降低,IL-6和IL-10含量增高。 Objective: To observe the changes of cytokines in peripheral blood of rabbit VX2 renal carcinoma and investigate the mechanism of the immune system changes.Methods: Forty rabbits were randomly divided into two groups,for tumor model group,VX2 tumor pieces were implanted into the renals,using surgical tissue inoculation to construct rabbit VX2 renal carcinoma model,the other was the control group,implanted autogenetic adipose tissue.Then the changes of interferon-γ and interleukin 2,6,10 were observed.Results: After VX2 tumor transplantation,tumor model group,compared with the control group,IFN-γ and IL-2 decreased,IL-6 and IL-10 increased(P0.05).Conclusion: After constructing rabbit VX2 renal carcinoma model,it can cause immunosuppression,expressed as IFN-γ,IL-2 decreased,IL-6 and IL-10 increased.
