Function Study of a New Auto-doffing Spinning Frame

通过对细纱机落纱、插管所需功能的分析与研究,开发了适用于光杆锭子单锭移动式新型细纱自动落纱机。本文介绍了该机的性能特点、设计原理、实现的方法、主要结构及安全报警装置,并对整个自动落纱的过程进行了描述。

A new type of single-spindle auto-doffing spinning frame was developed throughout the functional requirement analysis of doffing and donning. This paper presented an introduction of the new frame as in varied aspects including performance, characteristics designing principles, major constructions and fail-safe devices. The whole process of automatic spinning was also discussed.
