摘要
分析了AC01/02型电动列车辅助逆变器的基本电路结构,阐述了辅助逆变器中IPM模块及其驱动电路与故障监控的原理。详细介绍了AC01/02型电动列车自引进以来IPM模块的故障及其严重影响列车正常投运的情况,并对IPM模块的故障进行统计与分析。针对故障采取了相应的对策,取得了一定的效果,并提出了几点建议。
This paper analyzes the basic circuit principle of the auxiliary inverter system for AC01/02 type electrical train, describes IPM（internal polarization modulator） unit, its driving circuit and the principle of fault monitoring. Because IPM unit breaks down constantly, it has affected the vehicle operation rate seriously. The paper makes statistical analysis of IPM unit fault, and takes appropriate measures against it to achieve the corresponding effects.
