医用ZT胶用于矢状窦旁脑膜瘤手术止血分析

Hemostatic effect of ZT glue in parasagittal meningiomas operation

目的：探讨医用ＺＴ胶在脑膜瘤切除时对大面积渗血、出血的止血作用及术后并发症。方法：用医用ＺＴ胶直接涂擦或用含ＺＴ胶的明胶海绵粘贴渗血或出血处，与仅用电凝、银夹或单纯用明胶海绵止血，两组止血效果及术后并发症对照。结果：实验组与对照组比较，手术时间明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１），出血量减少（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而手术及术后并发症则差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：医用ＺＴ胶在切除矢状窦旁与镰旁脑膜瘤时对于渗血、出血的直接止血应作为首选用药。

Objective:To explore the hemostatic effect of ZT glue used in large area capillary hemorrhage bleeding in surgical removal of parasagittal and falx meningiomas and the postoperative complication with the use of ZT glue.Methods:Smeared the ZT glue or pressed a sponge soaked with ZT glue directly on the bleeding area.Compared the hemostatic effect of ZT glue with that of electric coagulation,silver clips or gelatin sponge.Results:With the use of ZT glue,the operation time was significantly shortened( P <0.01).The volume of bleeding was significantly reduced( P <0.05),but the difference in complication during and after operation was not significant in different methods of treatment( P >0.05).Conclusions:The ZT glue is a drug of choice for hemostasis of capillary hemrorrhage during surgical removal of parasagittal and falx meningiomas.
