虹膜根部离断修复术的疗效观察

目的观察以显微外科技术修复广泛性虹膜根部离断，改善和恢复视功能的效果。方法1992－1997年对虹膜根部离断及伴有多种并发症者39例，以显微外科技术进行了修复。结果术前D形瞳孔、不规则瞳孔或瞳孔不存在者，术后完全恢复圆形28例，近圆形11例，消除了双瞳以及由此产生的影响视力的不良因素，视力显著提高。结论在当今显微手术时代，用显微外科技术修复广泛性虹膜根部离断，改善和恢复机功能是可行的和必要的。

Using microsurgical technology to repair extensive iridodiastasis in order to eliminate such symtoms as monocular diplopia,astigmatism and phaotophobia , and to improve function,Methods The 39eyes of iridodialysis comopanying some complications were repaired by microsurgical technology sioce 1992 to 1997, and the pupil-shape and visual acuity of the patients were compared preoperative with postoperative Results In these eyes with D-shape pupil,irregular-shape pupil and absentpupil ,28 eyes were restored to circular-shape pupil and 11 eyes were reStored to oval-shape pupil Therefore , the bipupil and relative adversefactors influencing visual acuity were eliminated and the vision were improved Conclusion Using microsurgical technology to repair extensive iridodiastasis and improve visual acuity is feasible and necessary.
