儿童白内障人工晶状体植入术的临床观察

Clinical observation of intraocular lens implantation in children with cataract

目的观察儿童白内障人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法采用后房型人工晶状体植入术，随访时用颜少明《立体视检查图》检查双眼视功能。结果出院时视力>0．5者占72％，随访6月—2年视力>0．5者占61％，获得了双眼视功能者占47％。主要并发症为后囊浑浊、角膜水肿及葡萄膜炎。结论为了尽早恢复视功能，预防弱视，对儿童进行人工晶状体植入术是可行的，但应有选择地进行，以减少手术并发症的发生。

To observe the clinical the of intraocular lens implantation in children with cataract. Methods Modern extracapsular extraction with intraocular lens implantation was performed . Yan Shaoming's 'stereoscopic vision chart' was used to check the biocular visionfunction on follow-up. Results After operation , the vision of 26 eyes(72%) is>0.5. When the patients were followd up, the vision of 22eves (61% ) is > 0. 5. 16(47%) regained binocular vision function .The main complications are posterior capsular opacification , uveitis,corneal edema . Conclusion To regain vision function early and preventamblyopia, it is practicable to perform imtraocular lens implantation inchildren. But this should be done selectively to reduce complications
