青光眼合并白内障手术方法的探索

An approach to combined glaucoma and cataract operative methods

目的探讨青光眼合并白内障的有效手术方法。方法将176例（197眼）青光眼合并白内障患者随机分为3组行手术治疗，对术后效果进行对照分析。结果术后3月时视力比较，Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组分别比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。各组之间眼压比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论对各种原发性青光眼合并白内障病例，凡视力在0．2以下，虹膜基本健康，瞳孔直径在5mm以下的，三联手术是目前的最佳选择。

To study the effective operative methods on combined glaucoma and cataract,Methods (197eyes )suffer from glarcoma combined cataract were randomly divided into three groups andtreated by operation .The effect of postoperative was discussed. Results Whthin 3 months after surgery,the corrected visual aculty of II. IIIgroups were compared with group I, the differences are statistically significance (P < 0.01). But there are no statistically significant differences as compared the intraocular pressure with each groups, (P >0.05). Conclusion Upon on this study the authers considered that thetriple procedures is a more effective surgery method for these patients who sufferfrom primary glaucoma cataract and the visual acuity below 0.2. iris normal. the diameter of pupil below 5mm.
