眼外伤修复手术后遗留异物致反复性葡萄膜炎

Study the characteristic of the reduplicative uveitis owing to intraocular forien body

目的分析眼外伤修复手术后眼内遗留异物致反复性葡萄膜炎的临床特点和诊治方法。方法选择有眼外伤史的反复性葡萄膜炎的病例，进行常规眼前后段检查，光学及影像学检查，包括前房角镜、三面镜、X线、CT、超声。结果10例术前经全面检查确诊为限内异物存留，另2例各种检查均未发现眼内异物，但在玻璃体手术中发现异物。结论有眼内异物存留是眼外伤后反复性葡萄膜炎的重要原因。

To study the characteristic of the recurrent uveitis withintraocular forein body after trauma ,Methods 12 trauma cases with recurrent uveitis are performed routine examination and medical image in volving X-ray or CT scan as well as ultrasonography.Results The re mained intraocular forein bodies were confirmed in 10 cases before surgery in the other 2 cases the forein bodies were found during the vitrectomy surgery Conclusion The data showed that remained intraocular forein body was the main reason of recurrent uveitis on wounded eyes.
