bcl-2在增生性瘢痕和溃疡中的表达特征与意义

The characteristics of bcl 2 expression in hypertrophic scars and ulcers and its implication

目的探讨ｂｃｌ２在增生性瘢痕和慢性溃疡中的表达特征，以及与组织修复结局发生的关系。方法用免疫组织化学ＳＰ方法检测组织中ｂｃｌ２的表达。结果在８例增生性瘢痕中，ｂｃｌ２表达的阳性率为１００％；在８例溃疡中，ｂｃｌ２表达的阳性率为３７．５％，表达部位位于成纤维细胞和炎症细胞的胞浆中，在增生性瘢痕中，ｂｃｌ２的表达量在不同病程之间的差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论ｂｃｌ２的过度表达可能与创伤修复失控密切相关。

Objective\ To investigate the characteristics of bcl 2 expression and its relation to the formation of hypertrophic scars and chronic ulcers. Method\ The expression of bcl 2 was detected by using immunohistochemical SP method. Results\ The bcl 2 oncoprotein was expressed in the cytoplasm in fibroblasts and inflammatory cells in all 8 cases of hypertrophic scars and 3 of 8 cases of ulcers (37.5%). Conclusion\ The over expression of bcl 2 in hypertrophic scars and some of the ulcers might be associated with the pathological alterations of tissue repair.
