摘要
针对国内外果蔬采后产品出现的食用安全性问题,从我国果蔬产业的发展及食品安全的重要性出发,借鉴发达国家建立的果蔬食用安全控制与管理体系,阐述了我国应重视开展果蔬食品安全性问题研究的必要性及紧迫性,并提出了研究的主要方向与内容。
The problems of food safety of fruits and vegetables domestic and abroad are reviewed in the paper.Proceeding from the development of the fruits and vegetables industry in China and the importance of food safety,refering to the food safety controlling and management systems of fruits and vegetables established by developed countries,the necessity and urgency of study on food safety are discussed and the main orientation and contents of the study are put forward.
