现行教师评价体系的根本特点是制度化与规范化,其价值导向既是学术性的,也是经济性的。学术性价值导向的核心是理想与信念,它滋养着大学精神;经济价值导向的核心是经济效益,它腐蚀着大学精神。以经济价值为导向会造成物质主义的大学观,这实质上就是没有大学精神的大学观。重建精神家园,重建物质与精神的平衡与和谐,这是我们这个时代的根本课题,也是大学的根本使命。

The fundamental feature of current teacher＇s evaluation system is systematization and standardization.Its value guidance is academic and economic.The core of academic worth guidance is ideal and belief,which nourishes university spirit.The core of economic value guidance is economic benefits,which corrupts university spirit.The economic value guidance would lead to material university outlook;it is essentially university outlook without university spirit.It is the fundamental subject of our times and the fundamental mission of university to rebuild spiritual home and to rebuild balance and harmony between spirit and matter.
