Establishing harmonious journal is a fundamental project during the course of practicing scientific concept of development and structuring socialist harmonious society.Operational mechanism of harmonious journal is the key to establishing harmonious journal so that the significance of establishing harmonious journal has been expounded,and strategic choice of harmonious journal has been brought forward.At the same time,the meaning,characteristic,function and the creation principle of harmonious journal has been defined.Basic management mode of harmonious journal has been proposed under the guidance of scientific concept,and the new people-oriented harmonious journal has been constructed.
