摘要
斯密的正义观是博大精深的,它首先建筑在他自己的劳动价值论的基础之上,彰显出浓厚的进步性和人民性,又不可避免地带有一定的非历史性。斯密把社会进步和由此而来的劳动者境遇的改善看成是正义之所归,自由和普遍的竞争是通往正义之路。人们改善自身境遇的不竭的愿望挥动着"看不见的手",推动社会历史从非正义迈向正义。
Adam Smith＇s view of justice is profound. It was first built on the basis of his own Labor theory of value, strongly showing the characteristics of pro-people and pro-progress, and to some extent, having inevitably non-historical nature. Smith put the community＇s progress, in which the improvement in the situation of workers takes place, as the fate of justice. Liberty and general competition lead to justice. People＇s endless desire to improve their situation wields the ＂invisible hand＂ to promote social history towards justice from injustice.
