摘要
移植胰早期胰腺炎是胰腺移植术后常见现象，轻者表现为水肿型，重者胰腺坏死，移植失败。其发病机理与缺血性损伤、低温损伤、再灌注损伤以及手术中触摸胰腺机械性损伤等多种因素有关。我们观察了移植胰早期胰腺炎与胰腺能量代谢变化的关系，现报道如下。一、材料和方法１...
