蓝舌病毒HbC株的增殖和血清学特点

The Characteristics of the Propagation,Purification and Serology of Bluetongue Virus HbC Strain

研究蓝舌病毒中国湖北分离株（ＢＴＶＨｂＣ株）在Ｖｅｒｏ和ＢＨＫ２１两种细胞上的增殖特点以及与标准病毒株（ＢＴＶ１０）的血清学关系。发现ＢＴＶＨｂＣ和ＢＴＶ１０感染Ｖｅｒｏ和ＢＨＫ２１单层细胞后，２４～３０ｈ病毒滴度可达到最高值。用ＢＴＶＨｂＣ免疫家兔，其抗血清在琼脂双扩试验中能与ＢＴＶ１０抗原病毒呈强阳性反应而与轮状病毒、风疹病毒、柯萨奇病毒、流感病毒等呈阴性反应。

The characteristics of propagation and serology of bluetongue virus HbC strain (BTV HbC) are reported in this paper.BTV HbC and BTV 10 were respectively incubated onto the monolayers of Vero and BHK 21 cells.These cultures were incubated at 37 ℃,and distinct CPE of them developed in different time.There was the titer peak of BTV in immunodiffusion tests 28 hours later in incubation.The antiserum of BTV HbC reacted positively to the antigen of BTV 10,but negatively to the antigens of rolavirus,influenza virus,rubella virus,etc.
