细胞图像分析仪测定法与MTT法用于牙科材料细胞毒性的检测 被引量:5

摘要 目的:对细胞图像分析仪测定法与MTT法用于牙科材料细胞毒性检测的评价。方法:选用L929细胞为靶细胞,同时对牙科材料铁镍合金、铁铬合金、软磁铁氧体及生物活性陶瓷进行细胞毒性的检测。结果:铁镍合金、铁铬合金、软磁铁氧体及生物活性陶瓷MTT法检测其细胞增殖率分别为10068%、9224%、10086%、9052%,毒性均为0级;细胞图像分析仪检测其细胞密度相对比分别为10652%、10130%、10639%、10799%,毒性均为0级。结论:上述两种方法所得结果相同,均是用于牙科材料细胞毒性检测较理想的方法,值得推广应用。 Objective:To assess the two methods of cell image analysis and MTT used to measure cytotoxicity of dental materials.Methods:Cytotoxicities of dental materials including Fe Ni alloy,Fe Cr alloy,sotf porcelain fused to Fe with oxygen and bioactive porcelain were examined with cell image analysis and MTT.In this study we used L 929 cells as the target cells.Results:The cell reproductive rates of Fe Ni alloy,Fe Cr alloy,soft porcelain fused to Fe with oxygen and bioactive porcelain were 100.86%,92.24%,100.86% and 90.52% respectively with MTT and the relative ratios of cell density were 106.52%,101.30%,106.39% and 107.99% respectively with cell image analysis.The cytotoxicities were all null grade with two methods.Conclusion:We obtained the same results with two methods.Cell image analysis and MTT are both ideal methods in measuring cytotoxicity of dental materials.The two methods can be used widely.
