清肺止咳冲剂治疗小儿急性支气管炎150例临床研究

Clinical research on the effect of Qingfei Zhike Granule on children acute bronchitis

目的:探讨清肺止咳冲剂治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:遵照随机、对照的原则,将符合诊断标准的225例患者分为试验组150例和对照组75例,试验组口服清肺止咳冲剂,对照组口服盐酸氨溴索口服液,总结2组的临床疗效。结果:试验组总有效率74.00%,对照组总有效率54.67%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);在改善咳嗽、咳痰等症状方面,试验组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清肺止咳冲剂对小儿急性支气管炎(痰热壅肺证)有较好的治疗作用,研究中未发现清肺止咳冲剂的不良反应。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of Qingfei Zhike Granule on acute bronchitis.Methods： Following randomized,parallel to the principle,225 cases of children accord with diagnostic criterion were collected,including 150 cases of the experimental group,control group with 75 cases.The control group were given Ambroxol Dral Liquid and the experimental group taken Qingfei Zhike Granule,summarized the clinical effects of the two groups.Results： The total effective ratio was 74.00% in the experimental group,that in control group was 54.67%,there was significant different compared with the control group（P0.05）.In the improvement in cough,expectoration and other symptoms,the experimental group was much better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Qingfei Zhike Granule on acute bronchitis（lung phlegm heat syndrome） has better therapeutic effect,and the study find no adverse reactions in treating infants with bronchiolitis.
