夏季日粮电解质平衡值对笼养初产蛋鸭血液酸碱平衡和生产性能的调控

摘要 研究日粮电解质对夏季笼养初产蛋鸭血液酸碱平衡和生产性能的影响。试验选用17周龄体重相近的金定蛋鸭1152只,随机分成4个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复36只鸭,以不同的日粮DEB值[DEB=(Na^+ +K^+Cl^-)mmol/kg]为试验处理,即DEB对照组200mmol/kg、试验Ⅰ组250mmol/kg、试验Ⅱ组300mmol/kg、试验Ⅲ组350mmol/kg,试验期42d。结果表明:随着日粮DEB值的提高,鸭血液pH值和HCO3^-的浓度显著升高(P〈0.05);试验Ⅱ组的试鸭开产日龄比对照组提前约8d;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组试鸭的产蛋率和产蛋量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),而料蛋比显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度比对照组均有不同程度的提高,但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。综合以上各项指标,夏季笼养初产蛋鸭日粮电解质平衡值以250~300mmol/kg为宜。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary electrolyte balance in summer on blood acid-base balance and growth performance of primiparous ducklings in cage.17-week-old Jin-Ding growing ducks (n=l 152) with similar weight were randomly allotted into four treatments with eight replications and 36 ducks each in a completely randomized design. Dietary DEB were 200 mmol/kg, 250 mmol/kg, 300 mmol/kg, 350 mmol/kg diet, respectively. The entire trial period was 42 days. The 4 treatments were control group, group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ, respectively. The results showed that the concentration of pH and HCO3 were significantly affected (P〈0.05)with the DEB levels increasing. Open product day age of group Ⅱ is ahead of eight days than control group, the laying rate and egg laying of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ had increased significantly (P〈0.05), there has a different increase level of eggshell strength and eggshell thickness in group I and group II with little significant influence(P〉0.05). Considering the above indicators, it is suggested that the optimal DEB of primiparous ducklings in cage was 250-300 mmol/kg.
