摘要
采用36个SSR引物对先玉335的418个DH系进行分子鉴定,并与田间形态性状调查结果对比。结果表明:DNA指纹技术是鉴定DH系材料是否完全纯合的有效手段,仅通过田间表型鉴定很难准确判断材料是否纯合。规范的加倍扩繁程序是解决DH系较高混杂状况的根本措施。
Four hundred and eighteen doubled haploids of Xianyu335 were identified with 36 SSR primers. The molecular data were compared with morphological data in field. It indicated that DNA technology was a useful method to identify the purity of DH lines, and standardized program from doubling to propagating was the ultimate way to re- duce high impure rate of DH lines.
