用高效液相色谱法测定玉米中磺草酮残留量的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)建立了磺草酮在玉米植株及子粒中残留量的测定方法。试验对样品前处理和色谱条件进行了研究和优化,玉米植株和子粒的添加水平为0.05~0.50 mg/kg,植株中平均回收率为83.15%~86.15%,相对标准偏差为1.44%~2.34%;子粒中平均回收率为80.44%~81.99%,相对标准偏差为1.27%~1.75%。在上述添加水平范围内,测得磺草酮的线性关系良好。该方法具有操作简单、试剂用量少、方法检出限低、回收率高等优点,可满足对玉米中磺草酮残留量的检测需要。 Study on the method of residual of sulcotrione in maize through HPLC had been done in this paper. The pre-treatment method of sample and chromatographic condition were studied and optimized in the experiment. Sulcotrione was added in plant and grain to get recovery. The added level in plant and grain was 0.05 - 0.50 mg/kg respectively. The average recovery was 83.15% - 86.15% and the RSD was 1.44% - 2.34% in plant, the average re- covery was 80.44% - 81.99% and the RSD was 1.27% - 1.75% in maize. And that had good linear relationship in 0.05 - 0.50 mg/kg. This method had some advantages such as simple operation, less dosage of reagent low detection limit and high recovery, which could meet the demand of detecting sulcotrione residues in maize.
