摘要
资产池的构建是知识产权证券化风险防范和风险控制的中心环节。在选择基础资产时,应以已有基础的知识产权债权为主,并对其进行实质调查和现金流分析;在构建资产池时应遵守大数法则,并控制基础资产的离散度,以防范群组化风险。
The construction is the central link of the risk prevention of the IP securitization.We should choose the derivative debts from intellectual property that have corresponding foundation,and make the due diligence and analysis of cash flow for the underlying asset.In the process of the construction of the assets pool,we should comply with the law of large numbers and control the discrete degrees to prevent the risk.
