广东清新冰糖桔与郁南无核沙糖桔特性差异研究 被引量:1

摘要 采集了具有地理标志产品保护标志的广东清新冰糖桔与郁南无核砂糖桔共2700个果实,通过感官、理化分析和高效液相色谱法对14个常见理化指标进行分析。采用了变异系数分析、相关分析法对14个指标进行研究,结果表明所选的各项指标具有较好的代表性。通过主成分分析法与聚类分析法进行分类,两个产地的样品得到合理分类。砂糖桔果实的单果重、横径、总糖含量是决定产地分类的关键因素,主成分分析法是对砂糖桔产地分类的有效方法。 2700 sugar oranges were collected from two places,Qingxin and Yunan of Guangdong. 14 common physical and chemical indices in sugar orange were tested by general physical,chemical methods and HPLC. The data gathered from the test were analyzed by variation and relativity analysis. The results showed the indices were representative. Through principal component analysis and cluster analysis,the samples from two places were classified reasonably to two types. The weight per fruit,diameter of fruit and total sugar content were the key factors to classification. The principal component analysis was useful in classification of sugar orange.
