摘要
采用高效毛细管区带电泳,在pH4.0的电解液中,以28mmol.L-1乳酸为络合剂,50mmol.L-1咪唑为背景试剂,在20kV、210nm条件下10min内分离测定了八种金属阳离子,并对电泳条件进行优化。八种离子的线性回归方程的相关系数在0.9991~0.9998之间,迁移时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别为0.21%~0.97%和1.65%~7.47%。将建立的方法用于葡萄酒中金属阳离子的测定,取得了满意结果,各离子的回收率在92.4%~102.7%。
At voltage 20kV,detection wavelength 210nm,eight metal cations were separated and detected within 10min by capillary electrophoresis in electrolyte of pH4.0 using 28mmol·L-1 lactic acid as complex agent and 50mmol·L-1 imidazole as background reagent in the UV-detection. Various conditions for the separation were studied and optimized. All the correlation coefficients(r)were between 0.9991~0.9998 and the relative standard deviation of migration time and area were 0.21%~0.97% and 1.65%~7.47%. The method was used to detect eight cations in wine,the results were satisfactory and the recovery was between 92.4%~102.7%.
