摘要
食品中的非食用色素工业染料经无水乙醇超声振荡数次提取,于45℃真空浓缩,高速离心,采用HPLC系统用20mmol/L醋酸铵溶液和甲醇梯度洗脱,在二极管阵列检测器430nm和480nm下检测,用外标法峰面积定量。结果显示:五种工业染料在0~20.0μg/mL浓度范围内的峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好;加标回收率为90.9%~98.9%。该方法简便易行,准确可靠。
A method for determination of inedible industrial colorants in foods by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established. Samples were extracted by anhydrous alcohol using ultrasonic. The extraction was concentrated in vacuum and 45℃,then analyzed by HPLC with 20mmol/L ammonium acetate and methanol,detection wavelength were 430nm and 480nm.The results showed that industrial dyes in the concentration of 0~20.0μg/mL had good linearity with peak area. The recovery rate with standard addition was 90.9%~98.0%. The method was simple,feasible and accurate.
