摘要
固定化脂肪酶由于其易与底物分离且可重复使用而备受关注。综述了常用的固定化方法,包括物理吸附法、共价交联法和包埋法,不同的固定化方法对酶的性质有不同的影响。
Immobilized lipase became a hotspot because its easy to separate and can be reused. The common immobilization methods were generally introduced including physical adsorption,covalent cross-linking method and entrapment method. Different immobilization methods had different effects on the enzyme.
