摘要
分别介绍了卵磷脂、魔芋精粉、膳食纤维在控制高血压、高血脂、高血糖("三高")和改善便秘的研究;并根据三种原料的生理功能特点,讨论了其复合型膳食研究的可行性以及应用前景。
Physiological function of Lecithin,konjac powder and dietary fiber were introduced at controlling diabetes mellitus,hypertension,hyperlipemia and improving constipation. According to the physiological functions and characteristics of three different materials,the application of the compound dietary was discussed.
