Research on Knowledge Transfer Among Supply Chain Alliance: Based on Knowledge Recipient Perspective

知识转移已成为知识管理的研究热点,但是,对于知识接受者参与知识转移的动机、选择知识源的标准以及所需要的知识转移管理能力的研究还不够系统,文章从知识接受者视角研究供应链联盟中核心企业作为知识接受者参与知识转移的动机、选择知识源的标准以及所需要的联盟知识转移管理能力,希望能够为企业参与供应链联盟知识转移提供一定借鉴。

Knowledge transfer has been a hot issue of knowledge management. However, the motivation of knowledge recipient, the criteria of knowledge source and the knowledge transfer management capability during knowledge transfer process hash＇ t been studied systematically. Based on the knowledge recipient perspective, this paper analyzes the motivation of knowledge transfer, the criteria of knowledge source and the knowledge transfer management capability among supply chain alliance.
