热轧304不锈钢表面氧化皮特性的探讨 被引量:13

摘要 304不锈钢冷轧钢卷应用广泛,其表面质量的好坏与后续的酸洗密切相关,而冷轧前其热轧表面氧化皮的结构及与基材的结合力是影响酸洗效果的重要因素。分析了热轧304不锈钢在空冷、水冷和空冷干轧后表面氧化皮的形貌,测试了其与基体的结合力。结果表明:空冷后的氧化皮厚而疏松,上下表面的差别较大,其结合力分别为3.71,5.98 MPa;水冷后的氧化皮厚度减小但结构致密,结合力是空冷氧化皮的2倍;空冷后干轧对氧化皮有明显的破碎作用,使其结合力大为降低,有利于缩短酸洗时间。 The surface quality of cold-rolled 304 stainless steel is closely related to pickling process,and the pickling efficiency is highly dependent on the features and adhesion to substrate of the oxide scale formed in hot-rolling process of the stainless steel sheets.Thus the morphology of the oxide scale formed on 304 stainless steel after air cooling,water cooling and dry-rolling was investigated,and the adhesion of the oxide scale to substrate was measured.Results showed that the oxide scale formed after air cooling was thick and loose,and its adhesion to substrate varied greatly from the upper surface to low surface of the steel sheets,being 3.71 MPa and 5.98 MPa respectively.The oxide scale formed after water cooling was thin and dense,and its adhesion to substrate was twice as much as that of the oxide scale formed after air cooling.Besides,dry-rolling process caused obvious breakage of the oxide scale and significantly lowered its adhesion to substrate,contributing to shortening pickling time.
