摘要 为实现绿色开采,以掩护式支架为实例,用插装阀设计了一种新型液压系统。将支架控制阀的出口同乳化液泵站的供油管相连,将大流量安全阀的出口同乳化液箱直接相连,实现了乳化液资源的全部回收及恒阻阶段释放出的高压乳化液介质及所含有能量的再利用。通过采用插装式大流量安全阀,提高了液压支架在顶板周期来压时的工作安全性。该种支架的液压系统简单、可靠性高、能耗低,其设计思想可应用到其他架型的液压支架,推广应用后可取得明显的节能效果和社会效益。 To realize green mining,a new type of hydraulic support is designed with the addition of cartridge valves based on a shield support.The outlet of the control valve in the support is connected with the supply pipeline of the emulsion pump station,and the outlet of the large-flow relief valve is connected with the emulsion box,which realize the full recovery of emulsion and the recycle of high-pressure emulsion discharged during constant-resistance stage and energy contained in it.The addition of large-flow cartridge relief valves improves the safety of hydraulic supports while roof is pressed periodically.The hydraulic system of the support is simple,reliable and low consumption.Its designing ideas can applied to other types of hydraulic supports and can achieve obvious energy-saving and social benefits.
