摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS对球磨机静压轴承油膜流场进行了数值模拟,在此基础上,按照参数化设计思想,通过ANSYS的APDL语言实现了参数化有限元分析;同时结合VC++程序语言,编制了分析系统软件界面,实现ANSYS命令流的自动调用,从而减少设计工作量,提高设计效率。
Numerical simulation is carried out for fluid fields of the oil film of the hydrostatic bearing with finite element analysis software ANSYS.Based on which and according to parameterization design ideas,parameterization analysis is realized with APDL language of ANSYS.In addition,interfaces of analysis system are programmed with VC++ language to realize the automatic dispatch of ANSYS command streams,which leads to the decrease in design duty and the increase in design efficiency.
