摘要
为研究竖向钢筋套筒浆锚连接的预制剪力墙的抗震性能,完成了5个剪跨比为2.25的剪力墙试件的拟静力试验,其中一个为现浇墙试件,两个为全预制墙试件,两个为采用竖向现浇带连接的预制墙试件,预制墙的竖向钢筋与地梁预留的竖向钢筋采用套筒浆锚直接连接。试验结果表明:套筒浆锚连接能够有效传递竖向钢筋的应力;预制墙试件的破坏形态与现浇墙试件的破坏形态相同,为钢筋受拉屈服、混凝土受压破坏;预制墙试件的刚度和耗能能力与现浇墙试件相当,极限位移角达1/59~1/48;预制墙的受压承载力可采用现行规范计算;竖向现浇带能将预制墙连接成整体,预制墙侧面采用粗糙面的连接性能优于键槽的连接性能。
To study seismic behavior of pre-cast reinforced concrete(RC) shear walls with vertical reinforcements spliced by grout sleeves,quasi-static tests of 5 shear wall specimens with shear span ratio of 2.25 were performed.Among them,one is cast-in-site RC wall specimen,two are full pre-cast wall specimens,other two are specimens of two pre-cast walls connected with a cast-in-site RC stripe.The vertical reinforcements of the pre-cast wall specimens are spliced by grout sleeves.The test results indicate that the stresses of the vertical reinforcements can be transferred effectively by grout sleeves.The failure mode of the pre-cast wall specimens is the same as that of the cast-in-site wall specimen,i.e.,tensile yield of reinforcements and compressive failure of concrete.The stiffness and the energy dissipation capacity of the pre-cast wall specimens are similar with those of the cast-in-site wall specimen.The ultimate drift ratios of the pre-cast wall specimens are 1 /59 ~ 1 /48.The current code formulas are suitable for calculating the compressive strength of the pre-cast shear walls.The cast-in-site stripe connects the pre-cast walls to be an unit,the integrity behavior of the rough interface of the side face of the pre-cast wall is better than that of the shear keys.
