摘要
为研究现浇端柱预制钢丝网架聚苯夹芯混凝土墙板的抗震性能,完成了5个试件的拟静力试验。试验结果表明:试件端柱的竖向钢筋受拉屈服、底部混凝土压溃;端柱水平裂缝多,墙面斜裂缝多,裂缝宽度小;水平力-位移滞回曲线饱满;位移角达1/68时,水平力尚未下降至峰值水平力的85%;轴力作用下的正截面承载力可采用规范钢筋混凝土剪力墙的公式计算;采用的连接方式能将预制墙板、现浇柱及地梁连接成整体。
Quasi-static tests on five specimens of the pre-cast sandwich wall panel with cast-in-site end columns were carried out.The test results indicate that the vertical reinforcements of the end columns yield in tension,the bottom concrete of the end columns crush.The horizontal cracks distribute along the height of the end columns and diagonal cracks distribute on the wall panel,and the width of all cracks are narrow.The hysteretic loops of lateral force-displacement are plump.The drift ratio reaches 1 /68 while the lateral force does not drop to 85% of the peak value.The code formulas of compressive strength for cast-in-site concrete walls are suitable for the pre-cast sandwich wall panel with cast-in-site end columns.The adopted connections of the specimens integrate the pre-cast wall panel,the cast-in-site column,and the foundation as an unit.
