家政从业人员的权益保障及社会支持——以上海家政服务为例

The Rights Protection and Social Support for Domestic Workers——A Example from Household Service in Shanghai

社会对家政服务的需求日渐增加,家政服务员越来越成为现代都市生活中不可或缺的重要角色。但是,由于传统观念的影响,家政市场还处于不成熟的初创阶段,从总体上看,家政服务员这一群体社会地位不高,可以利用的社会性资源有限,权益保障存在诸多问题。本文利用对650个上海家政服务员和家政用户以及100个家政公司的问卷调查资料,考察家政服务员的工作环境和待遇、社会支持和权益保障状况,试图分析和探讨存在的问题以及解决的途径,以期改善家政服务员的就业环境,推进政府和社会对家政服务员的社会支持网络建设,为在现阶段建立家政服务员支持和权益保障模式提供参考路径。

Along with the increase of the demand of household service,the society pays more and more attention to household service and domestic workers,the social support problem of family workers becomes clearly.Using the survey data from 650 domestic workers,650 home users and 100 domestic companies in Shanghai,the authors through the study of domestic service work environment and treatment,social support and protection status,attempt to analyze and explore the problems and ways to resolve with a view to improving domestic service social status,protect their rights and interests.
