摘要
以无花果为试材,采用均匀设计法对无花果中多糖类物质的超声辅助提取工艺进行考察,采用U7(73×31)表进行试验,并对所提取的粗多糖样品进行抗氧化能力检测。结果表明,粗多糖的提取工艺为提取温度70℃,固液比1:16(m:V),超声功率150 W,提取时间30 min,粗多糖提取率为11.20%。抗氧化试验表明粗多糖具有较强的还原力、抑制脂质过氧化能力,对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力达85.39%,该结果表明无花果多糖具有抗氧化活性,对化学反应生成的活性氧自由基具有显著的清除作用。
To study an extraction technology and antioxidant acitvity of total polysaccharide from ficus carica.The ultrasonic-assisted extraction was used to extract polysaccharide and the extraction conditions were optimized by uniform design,using the software of DPS 7.05.The experiment also determined the antioxidant activity of samples,such as reducing ability,the ability of scavenging superoxide anion,the ability of scavenging peroxyl-radical,Vc and BHT as control.The result showed the optimum process of the extraction technology was extraction time 30 min,extraction temprature 70 ℃ the ratio of material to liquid 16 and ultrasonic power 150 W.The result also showed that the polysaccharide's reducing ability strengthened along with its concentration increasing.The results manifested that polysaccharide have stronger antioxidant capability and could clear active oxygen radicals produced by the chemical reactions and the extraction method is simple and feasible,and can be used as the extraction process of total polysaccharide from samples.
