摘要
以非洲山毛豆种子为材料,用紫外分光光度法对山毛豆种子及油脂中鱼藤酮类化合物的含量进行测定。利用响应面分析法对山毛豆毛油脂脱毒工艺进行优化,得到山毛豆油脂溶剂萃取脱毒最佳工艺条件为温度65℃,乙醇体积倍数3.5,时间25 min,NaOH浓度0.04%。该条件下脱毒率为93.415%,与模型预测值92.562%相差0.92%。
The content of rotenoid in T.vogelii Hook f.seed and oil were determined by UV.The conditions such as temperature,ethanol volume,time and NaOH concentration for detoxification process with solvent extraction method have been researched.On the basis of single factor tests,the method of response surface analysis(RSA) with four factors and three levels was adopted and the factors influencing the technological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the detoxification process of T.vogelii Hook f.seed oil were temperature of 65 ℃,ethanol volume of 3.5 mL/mL,processing time of 25 min and NaOH concentration of 0.04%,under these conditions,the detoxification rate reached 93.415 %.The experimental values was in close agreement of the predicted value(92.562%) which differed by 0.92%.
