摘要 “业务流程再造（BPR）”是美国迈克尔·哈默博士首次提出，主要目的是提高企业经营效率和响应市场速度使企业倍速发展。随后，流程再造被成功地引入到很多医院和卫生保健系统，用于对其作业流程进行重组。健康教育路径重组是以BPR管理理念为指导，以“顾客满意”为标准，运用现代人文手段，通过建立起流畅的服务链，
