临床路径是针对某一病种制定的一套治疗模式,让病人从入院到出院依此模式接受治疗。结合第二军医大学附属长海医院直肠癌手术的临床路径,就目前直肠癌治疗临床路径的相关问题进行初步探讨。临床路径的实施能有效规范直肠癌围手术期的诊疗过程,减少不必要的差错和延误,加快术后恢复进程,进而降低住院成本,提高住院治疗的质量。优化临床路径是一个动态过程,可随时间的推移、经验的增加和理论的发展而不断纳入新内容,只有在不断的修订和完善中才能确保其发挥最佳作用。
