长期以来关于中国公民社会与政策过程研究基本上是作为两条不同的纬线平行发展的。如何将两条纬线结合起来,找到理想的交汇点,构建中国公民社会影响政策过程的分析框架,一直是学界关注的重点。本文根据中国公民社会影响政策过程的作用机理,初步构建了公民社会与政策过程的分析框架,试图为中国公民社会对政策过程的影响研究提供一个分析视角。

For a long time the researches on Chinese civil society and policy process were independent as two different latitudes. How to combine such two latitudes, find an ideal meeting point and construct an analytical framework of Chinese civil society affect- ing policy process？ It has been being the focus of attention among scholars. According to the mechanism of Chinese civil society influencing policy process, the article constructs initially an analytical framework and tries to provide with an analytical perspective for that.
