政府反假货币行政运行机制研究

Research on Operation Mechanism for Anti Banknote Counterfeiting of the Government

当今社会,尽管有了比较严厉的法律制度,健全的行政管理体制,然而伪造货币犯罪依然猖獗。本文认为,伪造货币屡禁不止的问题主要出在行政运行机制上。因此,要提高反假货币的工作成效,政府就需要建立工作、动力和监督三位一体的行政运行机制,依托技术防伪与刑事打击,努力促进机制的正常运作与能量的充分发挥。

Crime of Banknote Counterfeiting is still rampant even with strict legal system and mature administrative scheme nowadays. The reason mainly lies in the operation mechanism. To improve efficacy of the efforts against banknote counterfeiting, the government needs to establish an operation mechanism that combines work itself, incentive plan and supervision scheme. Government should also make efforts to ensure the operation mechanism will work properly and function as designed.
