摘要
低碳经济要求领导模式全面更新。在低碳经济语境下,整体、系统、理性、引导、人格是绿色领导模式的关键词。中国特色的绿色领导模式构建需要考虑低碳与民生、发展的协调。
Low - carbon economy requires leadership model comprehensively updated. Leadership model includes six parts, those are ： leadership philosophy, leadership structure, leadership mechanism, leadership methods, leadership qualities, and leader- ship interests. In the context of low - carbon economy, integrity, system, ration, guidance and personality are the key words of green leadership model. Construction of green leadership model with Chinese characteristics needs the harmony of low - carbon, livelihood and development.
